Adult Program
Physical fitness and self-defense capability are the focuses of our program. Hand strikes, kicking skills, throwing and grappling techniques will develop you into a well-rounded martial artist.
The atmosphere in our studio is friendly and motivational.
Our class will help you manage your health, increase your confidence, and relieve stress.
Students attend any 2 of the 3 classes in their level each week--you do not have to pre-select certain classes to allow you the most flexibility.
